About Espen

Dr. Espen Gaarder Haug specializes in trading. Having the world as his office gives Espen the opportunity to stay in contact with many of the top talents in quantitative finance. In his spare time he enjoys rollerblading, snow skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and pumping iron (he is no girlyman!). To pump up his brain, Espen writes a quant finance comic strip called "The Collector," and is currently working on a new book.

Guarding the King of Norway. Professional military training in his Majesty King's Guard. Standing in front of the King's castle like a statue in negative twenty degrees celsius with an ice-cold machine gun in my hands taught me discipline!
